Once your order has been confirmed, in-stock items should be with the selected courier within 2 business days. You will then receive shipment and delivery updates through Pâmoison and/or the selected courier. Please bear in mind that lead times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Pâmoison. Also, unforeseen delays on the part of the courier are beyond our control.

Given the nature of our products, please try to make yourself available for delivery in order to prevent the package from being exposed to the elements. Rain, snow or direct high heat may damage the packaging.
If you receive a package that has been damaged during shipping, please inform the courier at time of delivery. You may also take a few photos to document the damage. Contact us at email@example.com, and we will follow-up with the courier company, and assist you depending on the state of the contents inside the package.
